This home in Cottonwood was amazing. The view from the deck was incredible. The home was perfect for our party of 8 and a little one. We had plenty of room and was spread out enough where we had our own space. We spent a lot of time of time on the spacious deck where it was shaded all day. The inside was clean and had all the amenities anyone would need. I would def recommend this home and will stay again when back in AZ! Host was quick to respond and accommodated a couple needs we requested. Very appreciative of that!

We really enjoyed the location, beautiful views, and privacy of this home, which made it a great base for exploring Sedona. It felt private and rural but just around the corner from many amenities. We loved having a pool and hot tub. The house has a lot going for it. However, it is showing wear and would benefit from some deeper cleaning and maintenance. For a home that accommodates larger groups, we found the kitchen lacking some basic cooking, food storage, and serving items. As advertised, there is only a charcoal grill (and it was full of bugs). We like to unpack for the week versus trip over suitcases, the listing mentioned hangers but there were very few, and there are no dressers. I like a firm bed but all the mattresses are VERY firm memory foam style which we found uncomfortable. Overall, we loved the setting and privacy and had a good stay; a few updates and improvements would make the home even more comfortable. We especially loved the no fuss check out process!

Great views! We even had a full 🌈 on one of the days and it looked absolutely amazing. Kitchen was fully equipped and the whole place was very clean. And the hosts were very good and quick to respond to our messages.
